● Ultra-Highly functioned dispersion
We divided material and bead's circulating section by using centrifugal force. It could maximize the contact area between beads and material, strengthen the dispersion power by pin disk, and realize strong dispersion in a excessively short time, compared to the existing batch mill.
● Maintaining low temperature
Unlike other batch mill, it has cooled and jacketed the whole dispersion vessel and cooled off dispersion vessel's interior to increase product's dispersion stability and expand cooling area 50% more than the existing batch mill. It solved out the problem of liquid evaporation caused by material's temperature rise, and product's instability.
● Reduced maintenance cost
Bead separating screen is located in the center of dispersion vessel which is at the counter direction of centrifugal force. This lengthens the lifetime of parts and reduces the replacing cost for consumable parts.
● Convenient use
Facility manipulation and driving method is simple so that a basic laborer can operate it and unmanned operation is also possible when driving conditions are programmed which allows flexible time management for the working labor.
